It's a virtual market place between buyers and providers of IT services from all over the world. Buyers post projects and providers bid on them.

You can work on CodeXPlace.com either as a Buyer or as a Provider. Buyers post, manage and pay for project, which can be assigned to any of the top-quality Providers registered on CodeXPlace.com. Providers bid, win and are paid for projects, maximizing their income, while working on challenging projects and advancing their careers as well.

Please login and go to "Manage Account". You will find the tab "Overview" and click "Upgrade Now!" button. There is a $10 monthly fee for Premium Members.

For security reasons please contact us and we will help you with this. If you have a negative balance you must make a deposit to cover that.

It's free to join CodeXPlace.com! We only charge a small commission. For regular projects that are closed Service Buyers will have to pay $5 or no fee (For Premium Buyer) and Service Providers will have to pay 10% or 5% (For Premium Provider). A project will be featured for a fee of $15, paid by the Service Buyer. If the project is featured there will be no other charges as with regular projects.

If you are a Buyer, you are exempt from paying any additional taxes when purchasing a service via CodeXPlace.com. Nevertheless, if you are a Provider is reminded that you must comply with your country's taxation laws and you are responsible for reporting the earnings made through this website.

Please Login. Whenever another user is in violation of CodeXPlace.com Terms of Use, you can report that by filling out a form where you provide all the details of the violation. You may report projects, messages, bids and users to click on "Report __" button.

The most common reason is that you have posted contact information on our site. That is not allowed. Contact us and we will work on making your account activated again.

It's simple. You register for an account and click "Post Project" Tab in main menu. Service Providers will bid on your project. You award the one you wish to use for the project. Please login to award provider from the "Buyer Activity" area. You pay the Service Provider through CodeXPlace.com with milestone system at a time you both agree on in advance.

Please Login and go to "Buyer Activity". You will see your projects listed there. Click "Providers" button for the project you wish to start. All service providers will be listed on next page and click "Message Board" button. Hence, we have created the interview message board system to ensure the quality. Communicating outside of CodeXPlace.com represents a violation of the Terms of Use.

After you have selected a service provider and project is completed you will be able to do this by going to "Buyer Activity" and choose the "Closed Projects" dropdown option. You will find "Post Feedback" button and click to rate from there.

Once a project is automatically closed by our system given that the bidding period has ended and you have not awarded the winning provider, there can't be more activity on that project. You may, however, post a new project.

Please Login and go to "Finances" and click "Deposit Funds". Follow instructions from there. We are using PayPal to accept deposits. Please note that you're only depositing money into your account. Since we don't know in advance what you will do with your money we are not able to cover the PayPal transaction fee. The end receiver of the money will have to do this. In most cases the end receiver is the service provider. We feel this is currently the best way to handle this and are happy for any suggestions on making this procedure better for everyone!

Please Login and go to "Finances" and click "New Milestone Payment". Follow instructions from there. Please note that you must have money in your account before you can make an milestone payment.

Please Login and go to "Finances". You will find "Outgoing Milestone Payments" and click "Release" button for project provider you wish to release.

We believe that paying upfront is not safe for buyers. Hence, we have created the secure milestone payment system with the purpose of protecting your welfare. Milestone payment is released by the Buyer himself once he is fully satisfied with work. In such postings, Buyer can keep full payment pending and release it when project is 100% completed to his satisfaction, or he can take full advantage of the milestone payment system and pay in several installments. Paying in installments can be a good option if project is more complex and requires more time to be finished.

You estimate and bid a fair amount to complete the project and define the project initial milestone amount (Buyer will pay as milestone) to start the project. If the Service Buyer awards you as the winner he will pay you that amount through CodeXPlace.com at a time you both agree on in advance.

Browse our projects. Select one that you wish to bid on. Click the "Bid on This Project" button on the project page. Enter your bid, define initial milestone amount (Buyer will pay as milestone) and comment (Detail Proposal).You might need to login if you're not logged in while doing this.

Please Login and go to "Provider Activity". You will see your projects listed there. Click "Message Board" button for the project you wish to communicate. Communicating outside of CodeXPlace.com represents a violation of the Terms of Use.

After you have accepted to work on a project and the project is completed you will be able to do this by going to "Provider Activity" and choose the "Completed Projects" dropdown option. You will find "Post Feedback" button and click to rate from there.

It's free to join CodeXPlace.com! We only charge a small commission on closed regular projects. 10% or 5% (For Premium Provider). The Service Provider doesn't have to pay commissions on premium projects.

You can withdraw funds once a week by submitting your request by Saturday (GMT) to be processed Monday. Additional fees may also be charged by third party gateways such as PayPal.
