I need a sole responsive web designer with ability to do complete HTML coding with HTML5 and CSS skills for my new web CMS project, The website will be developed in PHP. The following tasks and abilities I required
1. A responsive web designer who knows well HTML5 and CSS coding.
2. Practical implementation and validations of Web 2.0 solutions.
3. The design should be Cross browser compatible design which will work in all kind of browsers.
4. Responsive theme with enhanced sliders, graphics and pictures.
5. Search engine optimized and developer friendly coding with all standards need to be maintained.
