I need of an expert WordPress HTML & PHP coder to produce a PIXEL perfect WordPress theme of the provided PSD adobe Photoshop. The PSD file should be convert into WordPress theme and also programmed with a WordPress cms application.
The PSD files, fonts and a complete document of the changes needed to the design as well as functionality will be provided to you. Basically the main purpose is to re-design my old websites to the new one, so every feature/link should is more or less precisely as it is displaying right now but the new design implementation.
Requirements and Skills needed !
1. Convert adobe PSD file to WordPress theme with all basic WP CMS features will be included
2. The design & development work should be done according to the requirements.
3. implementation of all necessary pages such as contact us, Portfolio, home page etc.
4. Responsive design so it can open in any kind of device and browser.
5. Pure CSS standardized and HTML5 implementation.
6. Open source CMS development experience required with HTML coding.
7. Page load time should be very fast and according to standards.
8. Search engine friendly design and development, each tags such as title, description, heading tags and images alt tags should be included in the code in all pages.
